Thank-you Apple Store (Yorkdale)
Rod was having some problems with his 5 year old iMac. The Apple Store's service department looked at it and after unsuccessful tests with various replacement parts Apple gave Rod a brand new 27" iMac. Absolutely free! Wow!
And thanks to the concern and understanding of the store's tech staff Rod had the new computer up and running in our office almost immediately.
