The Oakville Drama Series
Three community theatre groups perform 7 plays a season in The Oakville Drama Series. They perform in the 500 seat Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts.
.....Annual subscriptions were dwindling. The groups determined to make their 25th anniversary a turnaround year.
.....With an Ontario Trillium grant and a marketing communications plan from Nash & Nash Ltd., we created a successful campaign, integrating direct mail, local radio and newspaper advertising, road banners, posters and other promotions.

THE RESULT: the series' 25th anniversary played to sold out audiences, including opening nights. We helped bring their subscriptions well past the Trillium target of a 10% increase to an increase of 88%. Single ticket sales increased as well. Continuing for six years, our campaigns produced similar results, creating strong community awareness of the series brand, along with the filled theatres.
