Vintage Film Festival & RearView Vintage Doc Fest
The lengthy wordmark for The Vintage Film Festival (Canada) was hard to use on their many promotion materials. We created a logo around the acronym VFF which helped solve the problem.
2017 was their 25th, silver, anniversary. So we also designed a 25 years mark to fit with the new logo. The festival is held yearly in the Port Hope, Cobourg area.

in 2017 promotion of the event using the new branding increased audience size. “The largest increase occurred on the Friday, a whopping 30.9% over the previous year."

While we were working on the VFF branding we designed the branding for their new documentary festival they called RearView Vintage Doc Fest (for documentary films :) We related it visually to the main VFF festival logo.
