Early 1970s (Modern) Minimalist Logo for Well Known Canadian Businessman Peter Monk
This is about as minimalist as you can get. Southern Pacific Hotels and Developments was an international company. It took seconds to sell this symbol idea to famous Canadian businessman Peter Munk the client. Everyone got the meaning quickly including international investors. Interestingly it had a long life. First used for a Monk development project in Fiji it was then used by Peter Monk for many years when he expanded the company (Pacific Hotels) into Australia where Pacific Hotels had many hotels and motels.
Timeless design can do this. |
