2010 Our Family Mabu Baby Eco-Diaper Web Site
Web site home page for our eco-friendly diaper system. This diaper system was designed by our daughter Cher after she had her own daughter. Cher and Ellis (our son-in-law) then were able to get it patented essentially world wide (a massive and expensive amount of work). At first we had UK partners convincing us that the UK government and a major UK store chain were totally on board with this. But as Rod has said elsewhere on this site, governments change and/or change their priorities and support. Also, unless you are a major corporation, today organizations just steal your patent and there is little you can do unless you have a lot of money (and time) to go to court to fight them. Also lawyers will tell you there are no guarantees you will win. Even with a patent :( |
