OECA management asked us to produce the artwork for this manual inexpensively over a weekend. And keep it friendly. They were delighted with what we did. |

For fast turn around it helped us to be able to create our own illustrations. They loved our pregnant employee. Also here, using cut & paste we used their typewritten copy as artwork. Note: As this was a time before personal computers, we used enlarged photostats from a 12 point metal type proof for section headings. Meeting real client deadlines will always require a special kind of creativity and skill sets from designers.
